Dallas Burgess
Dallas is a psychologist and organisational change consultant. He has extensive consulting experience across a broad range of sectors including printing, retail, information technology, manufacturing, financial services, education, meat and livestock, federal, state and local government, health and biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, religious and community services.
Dallas' areas of expertise include strategic planning, change management, organisation analysis and development, organisation management structure design, job design, work optimisation, competencies development, objectives and performance measures, job evaluation, remuneration (including remuneration surveys), psychological assessment, performance assessment and development (including 360 degree feedback) for executives, career development, transition and selection.
He is a Registered Psychologist (NSW), Member of the Australian Psychological Society including Member of the College of Organisational Psychologists (APS), Member of the International Association of Applied Psychologists, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Australian Institute of Management. Dallas holds a Master of Arts (in Psychology) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts (in Behavioural Science) from Macquarie University.
Peter Evans
Peter has more than 25 years experience as an Organisation Consultant, spanning both public and private sectors in Australia and Asia. Peter has expertise at executive level, working closely with senior managers and mentoring to improve management performance.
Peter is equipped to deal with the issues challenging organisations in a rapidly changing environment, with specialities including remuneration surveys and competency framework tools. His background in remuneration surveys has incorporated data from several sources, and provides a comprehensive picture to develop and implement organisational strategy. The competency framework tools have aided organisations to understand job structures, career development paths and have been applied for purposes including: organisational analysis, remuneration surveys, strategic incentives planning and performance management.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Sydney and a Diploma in Law from the Supreme Court of NSW.
Ray Date
Ray has over 20 years Human Resources experience at the strategic and operational levels in the computer and manufacturing industries in Australia, the United Kingdom, and South East Asia, and during the last decade has held senior HR management positions in Local Government
.His specialties include recruitment and selection, goal setting and performance management, workplace change/process improvement, team development and employee and management training. Ray is ideally placed to provide real value to organisations looking to improve their performance through their people.
Ray holds a Master of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from the University of Melbourne, and a Teaching Diploma from the Victorian Education Department. He is also a member of the Melbourne Business School alumni.
Adrian Peterson
Adrian is an HR Director with over twenty five years experience in the human resources field. He has worked as part of senior leadership teams over the last fifteen years, and his contributions are contemporary, practical and business oriented. As Head of HR in both government and non-profit settings he has developed a particular interest and experience in organisational development and the practical integration of people management issues to support and align with change, and in manager development interventions at group and individual coaching level. He is an advocate for the potential of people at all levels of an organisation to provide inspirational leadership. He has a focussed and practical approach to performance management systems and resolution of individual issues.
Adrian has extensive experience in the recruitment process, having worked as a recruitment consultant at senior levels of the public sector as well as in his capacity of Head of HR. He has extensive industrial relations experience having negotiated collective agreements to support and drive change in both the public and non-profit environments. He has also built and worked with HR teams to refocus and align with organisational priorities.
Adrian is a Certified Professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Macquarie University.
