Dallas Burgess

Dallas is a psychologist and organisation renewal consultant. He has extensive consulting experience over a period of 23 years across a broad range of sectors including printing, retail, information technology, manufacturing, financial services, education, meat and livestock, federal, state and local government, health and biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, religious, charitable, community services and disability sectors.

Dallas holds a BA (Macquarie University) and a MA (University of Sydney). He is an endorsed Organisational Psychologist, Psychologists Board of Australia (PBA), Member of the Australian Psychological Society including Member of the College of Organisational Psychologists (APS) and Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Dallas’ areas of expertise include human resources strategic planning, change management, strategy development and implementation, culture/organisation analysis and development (including staff surveys), organisation management structure design, job design, work optimisation, competencies development, objectives and performance measures, job evaluation, remuneration (including remuneration surveys), psychological assessments, performance assessment and development (including 360 degree feedback), leadership development for executives, career development, transition and selection.

Peter Evans

Peter has more than 25 years experience as an Organisation Consultant, spanning both public and private sectors in Australia and Asia. Peter has expertise at executive level, working closely with senior managers and mentoring to improve management performance.

Peter is equipped to deal with the issues challenging organisations in a rapidly changing environment, with specialities including remuneration surveys and competency framework tools. His background in remuneration surveys has incorporated data from several sources, and provides a comprehensive picture to develop and implement organisational strategy. The competency framework tools have aided organisations to understand job structures, career development paths and have been applied for purposes including: organisational analysis, remuneration surveys, strategic incentives planning and performance management.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Sydney and a Diploma in Law from the Supreme Court of NSW.

Ray Date

Ray has over 20 years Human Resources experience at the strategic and operational levels in the computer and manufacturing industries in Australia, the United Kingdom, and South East Asia, and during the last decade has held senior HR management positions in Local Government

.

His specialties include recruitment and selection, goal setting and performance management, workplace change/process improvement, team development and employee and management training. Ray is ideally placed to provide real value to organisations looking to improve their performance through their people.

Ray holds a Master of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from the University of Melbourne, and a Teaching Diploma from the Victorian Education Department. He is also a member of the Melbourne Business School alumni.

Adrian Peterson

Adrian is an HR Director with over twenty five years experience in the human resources field. He has worked as part of senior leadership teams over the last fifteen years, and his contributions are contemporary, practical and business oriented. As Head of HR in both government and non-profit settings he has developed a particular interest and experience in organisational development and the practical integration of people management issues to support and align with change, and in manager development interventions at group and individual coaching level. He is an advocate for the potential of people at all levels of an organisation to provide inspirational leadership. He has a focussed and practical approach to performance management systems and resolution of individual issues.

Adrian has extensive experience in the recruitment process, having worked as a recruitment consultant at senior levels of the public sector as well as in his capacity of Head of HR. He has extensive industrial relations experience having negotiated collective agreements to support and drive change in both the public and non-profit environments. He has also built and worked with HR teams to refocus and align with organisational priorities.

Adrian is a Certified Professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Macquarie University.

Graeme Barrett

Grahame has extensive Australian and international experience in line and staff functional general management, organization development, management consultancy and management mentoring.

Grahame's public sector administration experience spans 8 yrs in a N.S.W. owned public utility and in Federaly funded and quality audited University administrations.

His private sector line and staff management Australian and international experience spans 23 years in IT, business process outsourcing, print, imaging and related industries.

Grahame's consultancy experience spans 9 years having completed assignments at industry, organization, team and individual one-on-one level.

Grahame's consultancy and contracting experience in business strategy formulation and human, organizational and relationship capital management spans large publicly listed enterprises, small-to-medium enterprises, micro enterprises, state government departments, agencies, institutes and associations in the following sectors:

  • Government, Industry Associations and Not for Profit.
  • IT and Business Process Outsourcing.
  • Infrastructure, Construction Materials and Industrial Services.
  • Pharmaceutical, Engineering & Manufacturing, Distribution.
  • Print, Imaging, Mailing and Related Industries.

Grahame holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Applied Psychology) from the University of New South Wales. He has also completed a range of post graduate extension studies at University of New South Wales and post graduate summer school in Organization Development at Princeton University in the USA. Grahame has also completed certifications on instruments for strategy formulation, market segment, organizational, team and individual behavioural assessment and Certificate IV equivalency in assessment and workplace training.
